Hey! If you're new here my name is James Cerbie and here's a little about me:
- I’m a former D1 athlete turned strength and conditioning + nutrition coach. I’ve coached professional athletes, collegiate athletes, Navy SEALS, a BJJ world champion, CrossFiters, strongmen, powerlifters, bodybuilders, doctors, lawyers, accountants, CEOs, and just about everything in-between.
